According to the Forward: "This book is written in three parts. The first consists the main chapters of FROM OUTER SPACE TO YOU copyrighted by Howard Menger in 1959. The second part of the book includes the main chapters from A SONG OF SATURN copyrighted by Connie Menger in 1968. They also formed a research group that attempted to explain and prove the phenomenon as it occurred. The third part of this book is presented as a sequel which evaluates the research and continues to explore some recent changes to the perception of the authors.
